Deposit amount’s can range from £5.00 - £20.00 depending on the full price of the model. After the 30 days the warranty passes to the Manufacturer.ĭeposits are required for each model that is pre ordered. If you have ordered a Model kit, you have 30 days from date of purchase to advise of any faulty or missing parts. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded on receipt of goods returned.

The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. In order to return goods you must email Jumblies Models within 30 working days from the receipt. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Jumblies Models in New, Unused condition and with no damages. Please note we operate a 30 Days returns policy from date of purchase. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. Jumblies Models will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing.
